 A significant cause of reported roof leaks is a result of poorly-installed tenant improvement penetrations.  Often, the roof is an after-thought in the construction process.  We follow repair guidelines as outlined by the National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA), as well as material manufacturers and roofing consultants.  Our goal is to stop leaks before they occur.  Thinking of adding some office space, new carpets, fresh paint or even changing your old ceiling tiles?
